Once a consultation session has commenced, the service has been delivered and cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and have established the following policies.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule consultation appointments under the following conditions:
- 48 Hours or More Before Appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling available
- 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 rescheduling fee
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: No refund, but rescheduling may be available with a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability
- No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: No refund or rescheduling available

Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:
- Pre-Session Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation
- Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued
- Technical Issues: For virtual consultations, if technical issues prevent the session from occurring and cannot be resolved, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Consultation sessions that have already commenced or been completed
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment (partial refund may apply as outlined above)
- Dissatisfaction with style recommendations, as these are subjective advisory services
- Failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice
Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your consultation package or service level:
- Upgrades to higher-tier packages can be arranged by paying the price difference
- Downgrades to lower-tier packages are subject to our cancellation and refund policies
- All modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Modifications are subject to availability and consultant scheduling
Satisfaction Guarantee
While we cannot offer refunds for completed consultation sessions, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up consultation (30 minutes)
- Additional style recommendations via email
- Assistance with implementing the recommendations provided
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer exceptions to our standard policies.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and consultation vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our prior approval. Gift certificates and vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
